    If you're reporting a moderator please make sure you have solid evidence or don't make a thread at all. If you false report a moderator just to get them demoted you will be punished.

    Template for the report:
    1. Your ingame name:

    3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it:

    Staff Report Guidelines:

    These are the guidelines you must follow before creating a Staff report.
    • Full, un-cropped screenshots detailing the occurrence and MUST be relevant to the accusation (such that if a player is accusing a mod of being biased the evidence must show that).
    • Screenshots of the attempt made to resolve the issue (no cropping out any of your responses)
    • A full outline of events from your perspective
    • The desired outcome
    • You must have a denied appeal relating to the punishment given (unless the report is not to do with being punished.).
    All reports must be completed in a respectful manner and can be closed for failure to do so. False accusations, falsifying evidence and failure to follow the above guidelines may result in punishment.
